Are you really only for two breeds? Yes. Plenty of our gear suits dogs of a similar size and build, but every choice we make is for a Lab or Golden first.
Where are you based? We're an Australian store, shipping Australia-wide. Shipping details here.
Do you give breed or fit advice? We do — message us with your dog's weight and measurements and we'll point you to the right pick.
Do you stock everything for a retriever? No, on purpose. We keep a short, considered range rather than a warehouse of options.
Who's behind it? Retriever owners who built the store they wished existed. Say hello.

How do I know my order went through? You'll get a confirmation email straight away. No email? Check spam, then contact us.
Can I change or cancel my order? If it hasn't been prepared yet, we'll try — email us quickly with your order number.

What's your returns window? 30 days from delivery on unused items in original condition. Read the policy.
My item arrived damaged or faulty — what now? Email a photo within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it. Start here.

What can I pay with? Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Afterpay.
Is checkout secure? Yes — payments are encrypted and we never store your card details.
What currency are prices in? Australian dollars (AUD).

Will this fit my retriever? Send us your dog's weight and measurements and we'll help you pick.
Is it tough enough for a power chewer? Our gear is chosen for big, strong retrievers — but no item is indestructible, so supervise play.
How do I clean it? Most pieces wipe clean or are dishwasher-safe.
