At Loyal Retriever Co, we want you and your dog to be happy with every order. This is a summary of our refund terms — for full details on timeframes, conditions, and how to start a return, see our Returns & Refunds page.

Change of mind
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original condition and packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at support@loyalretrieverco.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and checking the returned item. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy restricts, excludes, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure, and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
