Here's exactly what to expect after you order. All timeframes are estimates and ranges, not guarantees — carriers and peak periods can shift things.

Processing time

We prepare and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email once it's on the way.

Delivery estimates

  • Australia: 3–10 business days after dispatch
  • New Zealand / international: 3–10 business days after dispatch

These are typical ranges. Remote areas may take longer.

Free shipping

All orders ship free, worldwide, no minimum required.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your parcel. Tracking can take 1–2 business days to start updating.

Split shipments

To avoid one item holding up the rest, some orders arrive in more than one parcel, sometimes a day or two apart. There's no extra cost to you. Each parcel has its own tracking.

Customs & duties (international only)

For international orders, any import duties or taxes are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility. We can't predict or cover these.

Peak season delays

Around major sales and holidays (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas), carriers slow down. We add a note at checkout when delays are likely — please allow extra time.

  • Why two parcels? See split shipments above — it's so nothing waits on one item.
  • Can I get it faster? We currently ship using the fastest carrier option available for your order — there's no separate paid express upgrade at this time.
  • Wrong address? Email us fast — if it hasn't dispatched we can update it.
