These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of loyalretrieverco.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. About us Loyal Retriever Co ("we", "us", "our") sells pet products for Labrador and Golden Retriever owners via this Site, operated in Australia. Contact us at support@loyalretrieverco.com.

2. Eligibility By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Products and descriptions We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, sizes, and descriptions accurately, but we don't guarantee that your device's display will show colours precisely. Product images may vary slightly from the item received (e.g. packaging updates from our suppliers).

4. Pricing and payment All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and our listed payment partners — we do not store your full card details.

5. Order acceptance Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order — for example due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — in which case we will notify you and refund any payment taken in full.

7. Returns and refunds See our Refund Policy and Returns & Refunds page for full terms. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything in these Terms.

Intellectual property All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Loyal Retriever Co name and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content commercially without written permission.

9. Acceptable use You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with the Site's operation (including scraping, hacking, or transmitting malicious code).
